Rotor
Rotor is multidisciplinary association specialized in material flows and reuse strategies. Rotor fosters the debate on questions related to resources, waste and obsolescence in the building sector through applied research projects, exhibitions, conferences and publications. On the practical side, Rotor also coordinates large-scale dismantling operations, and realizes design projects on a wide range of scales.
In the context of ERDF applied research project “Le bâti bruxellois, source de nouveaux matériaux”, Rotor provides an overview of current key-trends around reuse (WP1 – Inspirational document) and identifies both the regulatory obstacles and as wel as suggestions on how to prepare reused construction products for re-marketing in Europe (WP 7 – Legal report).
